Cancellation Guidelines:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.). However, if the quality of a perishable product does not meet the expected standards, refund or replacement may be considered after review.
Reporting Issues:
- In the event you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team promptly.
- If you feel that the product received does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Warranty-Related Complaints:
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please directly refer any issues to the manufacturer as applicable.
Refund Processing:
- If a refund is approved by RimField.in, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
